Accommodation Rates for 2010 / 2012

Rates range from R450 – R750 per person sharing. Please contact us directly for a detailed quote or more info on packages.

All rooms have internet connection, satellite TV, heating/cooling, Tea/Coffee making facilities and bar fridge, electronic safe. Rooms serviced daily.

All Prices are inclusive of VAT and Breakfast

General Notes

  • Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 10am
  • Please advise us on early or late arrivals and departures - we will try our best to accommodate your needs accordingly
  • Single persons occupying a room will be charged the “sharing room” rate, plus R100 per night
  • Children under 10 years will be charged R95 per child per night, if sharing a room with parents (max 2 children). A mattress or cot can be put in any of the rooms on request. Breakfast R45 per child (under 10 years)
  • Snack Platters and Dinner available on request, or we will gladly make a restaurant reservation for you
  • Airport Transfers and Day Tours can be arranged on request

Reservations, Payment and Cancellation Conditions

  • Deposits and cancellations are calculated on the full value of stay
  • A 50% deposit will be required to secure a booking
  • Once the deposit has been received, a written confirmation with booking reference number will be forwarded to the client
  • The Balance of the booking value (50%) is to be paid two weeks before arrival
  • Payment for meals or any other extras to be made on day of departure
  • The full accommodation payment will be retained by Mariner Guesthouse in the case of “No Shows” or if cancellations of bookings are made less than 21 days prior to arrival
  • Bookings cancelled 21 – 45 days prior to arrival, will be refunded with 50% of the deposit paid
  • A full refund of deposit (minus 10% handling fee) will be made for bookings made more than 45 days prior to arrival
